Off-Site Meeting Venues: Landmarks to Live It Up
Meetings become lifetime experiences when hosted in one of eastern Tennessee’s most unique meeting venues.
Center Stage at Dollywood’s Showstreet Palace
Located within the theme park, this palatial venue gives your general session big-time presence with a center stage, tiered seating, spotlights, and theatrical sound. On-site technicians manage the production of your event, leaving you free to attend to your guests and program.
Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede and Smoky Mountain Adventure Dinner Theatres
Accommodating groups of 100 to 1,000, these two local favorite dinner theatres – Dixie Stampede and Smoky Mountain Adventure – open the doors early for your group to have a meeting in an arena setting complete with lighting, sound, and staging. After the meeting, the show begins! Your guests will be entertained by the highly acclaimed actors and served a Southern-style meal.
Blue Ribbon Pavilion
This indoor private dining area seats up to 500 guests in a setting that boasts red-and-white-checkered tables, rustic wood-paneled walls, horse stalls, and a small stage. Catering options include four-course feasts headlined by rotisserie chicken and barbecued pork loin and dishes made famous by Dolly’s family, like Grandma’s creamy vegetable soup, Dorothy Jo’s homemade biscuits, and Aunt Marth’s southern peach pie.
Perhaps one of the most unique spaces in the entire park, as the stage and seating are completely engulfed by an enchanted-looking forest, this venue seats up to 240 guests and offers premier sound and lighting for your event.
