Once the center of Old Town nightlife, Fortune has found a new home in Portland’s West End. Bringing its new energy, good vibes, mixed beats and creatively crafted food and beverages to join us at Sentinel.

Reimagined by OG founders – Karen and Eric Bowler – Fortune will continue hosting mix of national touring and local DJs and offer an elevated classic cocktail program, amping up the energy befitting of the setting.

In the kitchen, find renowned chef Jewan Manuel – aka Plant Based Papi – who has been making waves in Portland’s culinary scene with his inventive vegan menus. Dive into dishes like his four-cheese pasta, Caprese burgers, vegan fried “chicken” made with deep-fried jackfruit and the Papi Burger – which give any cult hit chain a run for their money. And behind the bar, Kyle Faul and team have dreamed up a delicious entirely vegan drink menu using Oregon beer, wine, and spirits.

Housed in the Sentinel’s storied West Wing, the Domaine Serene Wine Lounge draws in wine lovers from Oregon and around the world with its award-winning wines. Settle in and enjoy selections like the acclaimed Evenstad Reserve Chardonnay, world-class Pinot Noirs alongside Burgundian wines from their winery in the Santenay region of the Côte de Beaune.
