Off-Site Meeting Venues: Landmarks to Live It Up

Meetings become lifetime experiences when hosted in one of Jackson Hole’s most unique meeting venues.

National Wildlife Museum of Art

With a backdrop of wildlife sculpture and paintings by the world’s most renowned artists, this museum offers a wide range of fully functional venues perfect for events and meeting. Popular venues: the beautiful wood-floored Members Gallery with select museum exhibitions and the Sculpture Trail Terrace overlooking the National Elk Refuge.

Bar T 5 Wagon

This Jackson Hole cookout experience takes groups on a chuck wagon ride led by cowboys from the town of Jackson into beautiful Cache Creek Canyon. Upon arriving at the canyon, a campsite is laid out with a Dutch-oven dinner of steak, barbeque, chicken, beans, slaw, and more. The evening culminates with a show from the Bart T 5 band, performing old western ballads.

National Elk Refuge

Groups can book a private one-hour sleigh ride tour through this refuge home to an elk herd numbering in the thousands. If you’re lucky, your guide might even allow you to feed the herd.

Snake River Grill

This 20-year icon in Town Square is where local comes for fine dining, serving uniquely crafted new American cuisine in a rustic cabin-like atmosphere. The intimate private dining room is available for groups to experience what western fine dining is like.

Jackson Hole Rodeo

Rodeo has been part of Jackson Hole’s cowboy culture since the first settlers arrived here more than 100 years ago. Every Wednesday night, the rodeo comes to town for an action-packed night of barrel racing, calf roping, bull riding, saddle bronco riding, and more.
