Meeting Technology & Amenities: Simple to Smart
Offerings – from high-tech highlights to just plain ingenious add-ons – that make holding a meeting at Willows Lodge unlike anything else.
Wine Tastings within Walking
A great way to bookend an afternoon of meetings, groups can check out some 40 tasting rooms within easy walking distance of the lodge. A few popular ones with guests: Chateau Ste. Michelle (located directly across the street from the Lodge), Guardian Cellars, Mark Ryan Winery, and DeLille Cellars.
Burke-Gilman Sammamish River Trail
The lodge is a quick walk or bike ride away from an easy access point to this beautiful trail routed along a historic railroad bed for 18 miles and running from Woodinville down into Seattle. For groups up to 10, the lodge can provide hybrid mountain bikes and helmets.
Northwest Artwork at Every Turn
Throughout the gardens and public spaces, you’ll find an extensive collection of artwork by Haida Native Americans, the first inhabitants of the Pacific Northwest. Take a self-guided tour and see them all during downtime, including bronze and glass sculptures, oil paintings, and the two patina-worn heads in the Spa Courtyard done by Bill Reid – the Haida’s most legendary artist.
Willows Lodge Lawn Games
With so many grassy areas located on the grounds of Willows Lodge, groups can take a break in-between sessions and take advantage of a nice day by enjoying a game of bocce ball, ladder golf, or corn hole.
Versatile & State-of-the Art Spaces
Five reception and banquet rooms accommodate groups up to 180 people in cozy, well-designed environs that feature stone fireplaces, large windows for natural sunlight, and patio doors that open to herb gardens. But more than just a pretty space, the latest A/V technology, plus on-site assistance, is also available.
