We began marketing our Conference Packages for all properties under the Benchmark brand so our growing international customer base can more closely identify those Conference Plans with our promise to deliver excellent conference facilities and services.
 

Conference Plans 

The Benchmark Conference Plan is a one-price-per-person package that our conference professionals can tailor to your specific objectives. Whether it's a one-day seminar or a week-long sales meeting, these packages take the guesswork out of planning and budgeting. The result: everything you need to run an effective, motivating and on-budget event with no surprises. Accomodations include:

  • Overnight Accommodations > Spacious, well-designed guestrooms with plenty of room to spread out and work—or stretch out and relax.
  • Delicious and Satisfying Meals > Beginning with dinner on the night of arrival, our dining rooms will serve you delightful, regional specialties that offer freshness and variety and are ready when you are.
  • Continuous Refreshment Service > Always available so you don't have to decide what to order or when to break from meetings.
  • Conference Space > Conference environments designed to enhance learning and productivity include amphitheaters, boardrooms, large conference rooms, and smaller breakout rooms. Each room is set to your specifications with ergonomic furnishings.
  • High-Tech Audio/Visual > Equipment will vary by market, but rest assured, all necessary items for a successful meeting are provided.

Day Meetings
